HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We proudly offer free worldwide shipping ! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 14 to 21 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. We may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.

 

 

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada and Israel), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's and Israel's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

We hope you are loving your new items from The YOUTAAS , but if they happen to not work out, that’s okay! We accept returns and exchanges. Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date (the day your item(s) arrive). Items must have original tags intact, be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Items received without tags, with damage, visible signs of wear and tear, or washed will not be accepted for return or exchange!

ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN!

if you receive a damaged package or item, it must be reported via email to " SUPPORT@YOUTAAS.COM  " within 5 days of delivery.

Please contact us via email before returning any damaged goods for further assistance on return details.
