Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date (the day your item(s) arrive). Items must have original tags intact, be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Items received without tags, with damage, visible signs of wear and tear, or washed will not be accepted for return or exchange!
